SmartOffice Pro comes with a set of preconfigured dashboards that provide up-to-date reports from your client database. You can use these dashboards to better service your clients and identify sales opportunities. To access these dashboards, click the tabs on your SmartOffice Pro home page.
- Activity Central: This dashboard provides an up-to-the-minute overview of important client-related activity, including upcoming appointments, upcoming birthdays and recent notes. Use this information to make day-to-day management of your client relationships easier.
- Aged-Based Reports: This dashboard lets you quickly determine client needs based on important age milestones. In addition to providing an age breakdown of all of your clients, the dashboard tells you which clients need your attention in terms of Social Security planning.
- Data Integrity Central: This dashboard identifies client records that are missing key data, including Social Security, birthday, client type and referral information. Identify records that you need to update so that none of your clients fall through the cracks.
- Sales Goals and Pipeline: This dashboard helps you stay on top of your sales and marketing efforts. Refer to it whenever you need to view the prospects in your sales pipeline, gauge the success of sales campaigns or determine estimated close dates.
- Sales Opp Central: This dashboard presents sales opportunities for prospects and existing clients based on their current personal or financial situations. Quickly determine their needs based on net worth, state of residence or whether they have children.
- Stocks and Funds (Albridge): This dashboard helps you make sense of client investment data downloaded from Albridge. Get an aggregate view of which holdings and fund families your clients’ money is currently invested in so that you can react quickly to movements in the market.
